1.What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to keep and to send back on your next visit. Browser storage (local storage) is similar, but it stays on your device and is never sent to us by itself.
Both let a service remember things between pages and visits, such as the fact that you are signed in, or the language you chose.
3.What we keep in browser storage
The dashboard also keeps a few small notes in your browser's storage on that device:
- when you were last active, so that an idle session is signed out on every open tab at once;
- when the session was last renewed, so that your open tabs do not renew it at the same time;
- when the notification sound last played, so that it plays once for all your tabs;
- whether "Send on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp app on that computer;
- whether a ticket's PDF is printed as soon as it is ready.
Your customers', tickets' and invoices' details are never kept in browser storage: the dashboard holds them in the tab's memory only, and they are gone when the tab is closed.
4.Our public website
The public pages of touratoz, the home page and these policies, set no cookies and keep nothing in your browser. Sending a message from the contact form opens your own e-mail app; the form itself stores nothing.
5.No advertising and no tracking
We use no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no tracking across other websites. We do not sell, rent or share what these cookies hold.
6.Your consent
Everything listed in this policy is strictly necessary to give you the service you asked for, so it is used without a separate consent, as the law allows.
If we ever add a cookie or storage that is not strictly necessary, for example to count visits, we will add it to this policy and ask for your permission first. You will be able to refuse it and still use the service.
7.An agency's own website
An agency can publish its own website with touratoz and may switch on its own analytics there, such as Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel. Those cookies are the agency's choice and fall under the agency's own policy, not this one.
8.How to control cookies
Your browser's settings let you see, block and delete cookies and browser storage, for every website or for ours only. Its help pages explain how.
Blocking these cookies stops sign-in from working. Deleting them signs you out on that browser and resets your language and display choices.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when a new feature needs a cookie. The date at the top shows the latest version. This policy is published in several languages; if they differ, the English version prevails.
